Refund Policy

The short version
We stand behind our turnaround and the accuracy of our work. Because we begin work right away and you own what we produce, refunds are limited, here is exactly how it works.
01Our commitments
For our 501(c)(3) Filing service, we deliver your complete draft package within five business days of a completed intake, or we apply the missed-deadline credit stated in your agreement (first delivery; excludes delays caused by incomplete information). Across our services, if we make an error in the documents we prepared, we fix it free, that is our accuracy commitment.
02Outcomes we do not promise
We cannot promise IRS approval, a grant award, funding, or any outcome decided by a third party, so those outcomes are not grounds for a refund.
03Deposits and work begun
Deposits reserve your project and cover work that starts immediately. Once work has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Once you have approved and received your final deliverable, the fee is non-refundable, because the work is complete and you own it.
04Before work begins
If you cancel before we have started work, we refund any amount you paid beyond a reasonable deposit for time already spent.
05Satisfaction and revisions
Many services include revision rounds (and, where stated, a satisfaction window) to make your deliverable right. Please use those first, most concerns are resolved with a revision.
