The short version
We collect only what we need to do your work, we never sell your data, we do not collect Social Security numbers, and you can ask us to delete your information at any time.
01What we collect
Information you give us: your name, business or organization name, contact details, and the project information in your intake forms. When you contact us or request a free guide, the email address and details you submit. We do not collect Social Security numbers, where a government form requires one, you enter it yourself directly with the agency.
02How we use it
To prepare your documents and deliver your service, to respond to your inquiries, and, if you opt in, to send you resources and updates by email. We do not sell or rent your information.
03Email and marketing
If you request a free guide or subscribe, your email is managed through Mailchimp, our email provider. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time.
04Service providers
We use trusted third parties to run our business, website hosting, email delivery (Mailchimp), form processing, and file storage. They handle your information only to provide those services to us.
05Your files and data
For systems and document work, you own your files and data. We deliver your work to you and do not host your organization’s data long-term on our systems. Intake information is kept only as long as needed to deliver and support your service, then deleted on request.
06Cookies and analytics
Our website may use standard cookies and analytics to understand site usage and improve the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
07Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing ops@lurexconsulting.com.
