Refund Policy

We appreciate your trust in Lurex Consulting. Please review our refund policy carefully before making your purchase. This policy applies to all services sold on our website.

1. Custom Work Is Non-Refundable

All services offered by Lurex Consulting are custom, research-based deliverables. This includes business plans, written advice, add-ons, and nonprofit filings.

Because each order is uniquely developed and begins work shortly after purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable once intake forms are submitted or file work begins.

If your intake form has not yet been submitted, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase via email at support@lurexconsulting.com.

2. Nonprofit, EIN, and Government Filings Are Submission-Only

Lurex prepares and submits documentation for:

  • 501(c)(3) EZ & Long Form applications
  • EIN filings
  • State business license filings

Our fee covers the preparation and submission of these documents. We do not guarantee approval by the IRS, state, or other agencies, and we do not provide refunds if the application is rejected, delayed, or requires additional information.

Clients are responsible for responding to our requests for clarification during the process. Missing or incomplete responses may delay your submission.

3. Rush Fees Are Non-Refundable

Rush delivery upgrades prioritize your project in our queue. Because time is reserved, rush fees are non-refundable even if the job is later canceled or paused.

4. Add-On Services Are Non-Refundable

Add-ons such as pitch decks, grant lists, follow-up questions, or extra revisions are considered custom work and are non-refundable once research or writing begins.

5. Service Abandonment

If we do not receive your intake form or required details within 60 days of purchase, the project will be marked as abandoned. You will forfeit the service and no refund will be issued.

We send a minimum of 2 email reminders within this period.

6. Incomplete or Inaccurate Information

If your submission includes inaccurate or incomplete information, it may affect the quality or direction of your deliverable. While we will reach out for clarification when possible, refunds will not be issued in these cases.

7. Revisions

Each plan or advice tier includes a specific number of edits or revisions. Additional revision requests after the included window will require purchase of a separate add-on.

8. Chargebacks and Disputes

Any unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate forfeiture of deliverables and access to services.
