Terms of Service

1. Overview
Lurex Consulting (“we,” “our,” “us”) provides strategic business writing and consulting services including but not limited to business plans, on-demand written advice, nonprofit filings (e.g., 501(c)(3)), and related deliverables. These services are sold through our website and delivered digitally. By purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Service Delivery & Timelines
We strive to meet all estimated turnaround times based on the service tier selected at checkout. Standard timelines range from 3–20 business days depending on the tier, and are posted alongside each service.
Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for submitting complete, accurate information during intake. Any delay in providing materials may extend delivery times. Incomplete intake forms or lack of communication may result in paused or canceled services.
Rush Services: Rush delivery means your job is prioritized in our internal work queue. It does not mean additional hours will be worked or extended service scope. Rush services are limited to specific services and require full payment upfront.
Refresh & Add-On Services: Refresh Plans allow past clients to update a previously purchased business plan based on new direction or business progress. They are available in 6-month, 12-month, or prepaid formats and are less extensive than original plans. Timelines vary by tier.
Add-On Services such as pitch decks, grant lists, or extra revisions are delivered as separate deliverables. These are non-refundable once active research or formatting begins.
3. Use of Materials & Copyright
All templates, formatting, and resources used by Lurex Consulting are proprietary. Clients retain ownership of their final customized deliverables but may not resell or redistribute Lurex materials or templates.
4. No Guarantees
Our services provide strategic guidance, clarity, and structure, but do not guarantee funding, grants, investments, approvals, or business success. We are not responsible for how your final deliverables are used.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at the time of purchase via PayPal or other approved methods. Clients must check the box confirming agreement with these terms prior to payment.
6. Refund Policy
All refund policies are detailed on our separate Refund Policy page. In general:
- Services are non-refundable once work begins or research starts
- Add-On Services and Rush Fees are non-refundable once scheduled or initiated
- Refunds will not be issued due to lack of client response or delays caused by incomplete intake forms
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Indiana.
