We are not a law firm or a CPA firm, and we do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Using this website or our services does not create an attorney-client or advisor relationship. For advice about your specific situation, consult a licensed attorney or CPA.
03Document preparation and scrivener role
On filing and application services, we prepare documents based on the information and choices you provide. You review, sign, and submit everything in your own name. We do not represent you before the IRS, any funder, any court, or any government agency.
04No promised outcomes
We do not and cannot promise IRS tax-exempt approval, any grant award or amount, funding, search rankings, or any specific business result. Approvals and timelines depend on third parties, the IRS, funders, and states, outside our control. The only commitments we make are our own stated turnaround commitments and the accuracy of the documents we prepare (see our Refund Policy).
05State-specific note
In states with stricter document-preparation rules (currently California, Nevada, and Arizona), we provide federal materials only and refer state-filed formation documents to a licensed attorney in your state.
06Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information you provide and for reviewing all documents before you file or submit them.
